Studio Etiquette & FAQs

Studio Etiquette

Come early and make yourself at home
We kindly ask that you arrive with enough time to settle in so you’re ready to start right at class time. To honor everyone’s experience, classes begin promptly and the doors will be locked once class is in session.

Grip socks encouraged
We strongly recommend practicing in grip socks for stability and hygiene. Don’t worry, we have some cute ones in the studio that you can add to your collection!

Phones away, presence on
Silence your devices and tuck them away. This is your time to unplug, move, and let others enjoy their practice without distractions.

Honor your body
Listen to your limits and let your instructor know about any injuries or special considerations before class begins.

Clean as you go
Wipe down your reformer, mat, and props after class with the cleaner provided. It helps keep our space fresh for everyone.

Community first
Encourage, uplift, and respect one another. This is a shared space where every body belongs.

FAQs

  • Booking is easy here on our website or on the Leni’s app. Everyone can reserve up to 30 days ahead, and monthly members get the perk of booking 45 days out.

Download the Leni’s app on the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • No experience needed, we welcome every level! Great classes to start are our Foundational Reformer, Flow on the Mat, Restorative Yoga, or Yoga Flow. No matter which class you choose, our instructors offer plenty of modifications and progressions to meet you where you are.

If you haven’t been on a reformer before and want a sneak peak, reach out to us at info@lenispilates.com to set up time for a quick 5-minute intro to feel more comfortable before your first reformer class.

  • Form-fitting, comfortable clothing (think leggings, tanks/tees, or your favorite sweatshirt). Avoid zippers and buttons please. They’re not very nice to our gorgeous equipment.

  • Just yourself! We provide all mats, reformers, and props. Grip socks are highly recommended for safety and hygiene.

  • We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class starts. If you cancel within that window, it’s considered a late cancel and your class credit will be forfeited.

If class begins and you haven’t canceled, that’s a no-show. In this case, your class credit will be forfeited, and a $20 fee will apply.

Cancellations are quick and easy - just head to our app or cancel here on our website. Thank you for helping us keep classes running smoothly and supporting our amazing community of clients and instructors!

  • Joining the waitlist is just like reserving a spot in class - it counts as a reservation. If a space opens up, the system will automatically add you in, up until 4 hours before class begins.

If you know you won’t be able to make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so another client has the chance to join. If you’re moved in from the waitlist and don’t attend, it will be treated as a no-show or late cancel, and normal policies apply.
