Join us for two special Memorial Day Pop-Ups on Monday, May 25 at 9 AM. Katrina will be teaching Dynamic Reformer class in Studio 1 and Piper will be teaching Mat Pilates Flow in Studio 2. Either is the perfect early morning workout before the barbecues, beach days (we hope!), and celebrations begin.
